This holiday home comes fully paid-up for 2016, with site fees, rates, insurance, gas & electric checks, mains connections, TV aerial, steps, etc.. It also includes a full inventory kit with kitchen equipment, TV, duvets, etc The lounge/diner has L-shaped fixed seating with a double pull-out bed beneath. There is lots of floor-space for the kids to use, and a corner dining table with bench seating. There's a gas fire and TV unit, with a couple of storage cupboards for DVDs etc The kitchen is separated from the lounge, with plenty of storage units. It has laminate flooring so is easy to keep clean. There is a gas oven and 4 hobs, and a separate shelf for a microwave. There is also an under-counter fridge. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other two with twin singles. All rooms have wardrobes and under-bed storage. The washroom is very spacious with a large shower unit, WC, towel-shelves and hand-basin. The package price of £14,695 includes the following - Site fees and rates until March 2017, steps & handrails, mains connections, TV aerial, outside light, smoke & CO alarm, Ramtech intruder alarm, 32" TV, insurance, 10 owners passes, gas & electric safety checks. Finance is available, typically using a 20% deposit (5.25% fixed rate finance / 9.9% APR). This equates to £3000 deposit and 48 monthly payments of £295. Alternative finance packages are available. Haven`s Doniford Bay Holiday Park is open for 9 months of the year, from 1st March - 30th November. There`s no age limit for the caravans on the park, so you can plan to be here for years. We have just over 500 pitches on park, 370 of which are owner occupied meaning that it`s a very friendly site. There are lots of owner's only events that we organise, and exclusive clubs for kids and teens. We are pet friendly, and have some great walks along the coastal pathways and nearby Quantock Hills. We have 24hr security who man the main entrance and patrol the park, and a modern CCTV system to monitor the site. Every holiday home is fitted with a Ramtech intruder alarm which is connected to the gatehouse, meaning you are protected when you are away. We have a fantastic indoor and outdoor pool with slides and inflatables. There`s also an all-weather sports court, crazy golf, climbing wall, zip wire & ropes, and a riding stable. The main entertainment area has a restaurant, cabaret show-bar with nightly entertainment, arcade, indoor play-zone, tennis, and French bowling. We also have direct beach access and beautiful views over the Bristol Channel towards Wales. Most of the pitches on site have these views, and it`s your choice where to site the caravan. The annual site fees vary according to pitch location, ranging from £3500 p.a. to £6000 p.a. Haven`s fully-managed letting service is also available to help towards your running costs.
